“Zeppelins” Potato Dumplings Filled with Meat gluten-free

Deep-frozen product. Gluten-free.

When cooking at home we usually serve potato dumplings with meat filling topped with lightly fried onion and bacon.

Ingredients

water, potato grits 18%, potato starch, beef meat 8,5%,  pork meat 4,2 %, soy protein, onion, spices (contain mustard), rapeseed oil, salt, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), rice flour.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
