potatoes 51%, plums 20%, potato starch, wheat flour, pasteurised liquid eggs. NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.






Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
