“Knedle” Potato Dumplings Filled with Plums

Deep-frozen product.

When cooking at home you can also serve potato dumplings topped with breadcrumbs fried in butter.

Ingredients

potatoes 51%, plums 20%, potato starch, wheat flour, pasteurised liquid eggs. NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
