Polish Dumplings Filled with Sauerkraut and Mashrooms

Deep-frozen product

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, water, sauerkraut 20%, wild mashrooms 7% (Boletus edulis, Imleria badia, slippery jack in variable proportions), coconut oil, rapeseed oil, salt, spices (contain mustard), modified food starch, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion).

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
