Dark Silesian Potato Dumplings

Deep-frozen product. Gluten-free.

When cooking at home we usually serve Silesian potato dumplings topped with gravy or lightly fried onion.

Ingredients

potatoes 69%, potato starch, potato flakes 4,9%, pasteurised liquid eggs, salt, rapeseed oil.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water, add 1 tablespoon oil.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 3 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
