Silesian Potato Dumplings Filled with Meat gluten-free

Deep-frozen product. Gluten-free.

When cooking at home we usually serve Silesian potato dumplings with meat filling topped with lightly fried onion.

Ingredients

potatoes 57 %, potato starch, pork meat 9,2 %, beef meat 4,6 %, water,  pasteurised liquid eggs, soy protein, onion, spices (contain mustard), rapeseed oil, salt, wheat fiber gluten-free, modified food starch, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), rice flour.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 8 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
