“Knedle” Potato Dumplings Filled with cocoacream
potatoes 52%, cocoa-nut cream filling 16% [sugar, vegetable fats (rapeseed oil, palm oil), low-fat cocoa (10%), wheat starch, soya flour, whey powder (from milk), wheat gluten, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavours (contain nuts)], wheat flour,potato starch, pasteurised liquid eggs. Food allergens found in the plant: gluten, eggs, milk, mustard seeds, soya, nuts.
Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.
Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on a low heat for 4-5 minutes.
When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
