Polish Dumplings Filled with Pearl Barley and Mushrooms

Deep-frozen product.

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, pearl barley 28%, water, wild mushrooms 8% (Boletus edulis, Imleria badia, slippery jack in variable proportions), onion, rapeseed oil, salt, spices, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion).

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
