Potato gnocchi

Deep-frozen product.

The best way to serve gnocchi is with pesto or any Italian style pasta sauce.

Ingredients

water, potato flakes 17,8%, potato starch, wheat flour, hard wheat (triticum durum) 5,9%, rapeseed oil, salt, colour: carotene.

Ingredients

Place frozen gnocchi into 3 l salted, boiling water. Stir vigorously and boil over high heat. Take out as soon as they surface.

Preheat 1 spoon fat in a pan and fry frozen gnocchi for 2 minutes stirring from time to time. Then pour 1/4 cup water and steam with the lid on for 3-5 minutes. Mix with 1/4 cup sauce and serve.
