Polish Dumplings Filled with Cottage Cheese

Deep-frozen product

When cooking at home you can also serve dumplings filled with cottage cheese topped with favourite sweet sauce and fruit pieces.

Ingredients

wheat flour, cottage cheese 35 %, water, sugar, potato starch, pasteurised liquid eggs, rapeseed oil, salt, flavouring: vanillin.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
