wheat flour, spinach 28%, water, cottage cheese 12%, wheat fiber gluten-free, rapeseed oil, spices, salt, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion).





Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
