Polish Dumplings Filled with Blueberries

Deep-frozen product. New dough recipe.

When cooking at home you can also serve dumplings filled with blueberries topped with icing sugar or cinnamon and fruit pieces. Good for vegan.

Ingredients

wheat flour, blueberries 30%, water, sugar, rapeseed oil, wheat  fiber gluten-free, modified food starch, salt.

NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 7 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
