Silesian Potato Dumplings gluten-free

Deep-frozen product. Gluten-free.

In Silesia the festive dinner means Silesian potato dumplings with meat roulade topped with gravy and served with cooked red cabagge.

Ingredients

potatoes 67%, potato starch, pasteurised liquid eggs, potato flakes 3%, water, modified food starch.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
