Potato dumplings filled with meat served with Neapolitan (Napoli) sauce
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: “Pyzy” Kartoffelklöße400 g pelati tomatoes (peeled)
6 cloves garlic
1 onion, medium
fresh basil leaves from ½ pot of the herb plant
75 ml oil
100 g Parmesan
seasoning: salt and pepper
Cooking method:
Peel the onion and garlic, cut them up finely and cook in oil until golden. Add the tomatoes with the juice and finely chopped basil. Continue to cook on slow heat for about 15 min. When ready, blend well. Top cooked dumplings with the sauce and sprinkle with the Parmesan.
