Dumplings with potato and cottage cheese filling
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: Gefüllte Teigtaschen mit Kartoffeln und Quark1 packet dumplings with potato and cottage cheese filling
300 ml half fat cream, (18 % fat content)
3 tablespoons chopped herbs (parsley, mint, chives, tarragon, cress, lovage)
Cooking method:
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Stir in the herbs and fry gently. Next, stir in the cream. Put aside and let the sauce cool down before blending it. Reheat gently and slowly before topping cooked dumplings.
