Dumplings filled with cream cheese and caramel sauce with almonds

The product needed for this recipe: Polish Dumplings Filled with Cottage Cheese

1 packet JAWO dumplings filled with cream cheese

100 g sugar

70 g flaked almonds

100 ml water

50 ml brandy

Cooking method:

Cook the sugar in a pot until it just starts turning brown. Combine this light brown caramel with water, and reduce by half. Then add the almonds and brandy, and cook for a further 5 min. Serve with cooked dumplings while hot.
