Steamed dumplings

Deep-frozen product

Steamed Duplings can be served as a sweet dish, as a salty dish or as a side dish with any meat.

Ingredients

wheat flour, water, pasteurised liquid eggs, yeast, rapeseed oil, whey powder (from milk), sugar, salt, gluten.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings in a sieve, then steam  with a lid on for 4 minutes.

Damp the dumplings slighty with water, then heat up for 3 minutes at 600 W.
