“Pyzy” Potato Dumplings Filled with Meat

Deep-frozen product

When cooking at home we usually serve potato dumplings with meat filling topped with lightly fried onion.

Ingredients

water, potato grits 18%, potato starch, pork meat 9,2 %, beef meat 4,6 %, soy protein, onion, spices (contain mustard), salt, wheat fiber, rapeseed oil, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), sugar, yeast extract, wheat flour.

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
