“Leniwe” potato dumplings with apple and cinnamon puree

5 apples
cinnamon and sugar to taste
50 g butter
½ cup water
Cooking method:
How to make the puree: Peel and cut up the apples and cook them in the butter. When almost cooked, add the cinnamon and water, and continue to cook for about 10 min. Add some of the cut up fresh apples to the cooked sauce. Top cooked dumplings with the sauce.
