Dumplings with meat filling in garlic and pepper sauce
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: Pockets Filled with Meat1 packet JAWO dumplings with meat
250 ml olive oil
fresh basil leaves from 1 pot of basil
1/3 red pepper cut into fine squares
1/3 green pepper cut into fine squares
1/3 yellow pepper cut into fine squares
5 cloves garlic sliced
Cooking method:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add diced peppers and sliced garlic. Stir-fry the ingredients for about 4 min. Then, add finely chopped basil leaves. Stir and mix well. Pour the sauce over cooked dumplings.
