Dumplings filled with spinach served with garlic and rosemary sauce
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: Polish Dumplings Filled with Spinach1 packet JAWO dumplings filled with spinach
250 ml full-fat cream (30 % fat content)
fresh rosemary leaves from half a pot of rosemary
15 ml olive oil
50 ml white wine
4 cloves garlic
seasoning: salt and white pepper
Cooking method:
Cooking method for the sauce: Peel, slice and cook garlic in olive oil in a frying pan until light brown. Stir in the cream and then, white wine. Bring to a boil and reduce about ¼ of the sauce. When almost ready, add rosemary leaves and season to taste. Top cooked dumplings with the sauce.
