Dumplings filled with sauerkraut and mushrooms served with blue cheese sauce

1 packet JAWO dumplings filled with sauerkraut and mushrooms
400 ml half fat cream (12 % fat content) for soup and sauce
150 g blue cheese
Melt the cheese in a frying pan adding 4 tbsp water. Stir in the cream, mix well and cook for ca. 8 min. Top cooked dumplings with the sauce.
