Polish Dumplings Filled with Sauerkraut and Meat

Deep-frozen product

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, water, sauerkraut 17%, beef meat 8%, pork fat, rapeseed oil, spices (contain mustard), salt, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion).

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
