When cooking at home we usually serve Silesian potato dumplings with meat filling topped with lightly fried onion.
potatoes 57 %, potato starch, pork meat 9,2 %, beef meat 4,6 %, liquid eggs, soy protein, onion, spices (contain mustard), salt, wheat fiber, modified food starch, rapeseed oil, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), sugar, yeast extract, wheat flour.
Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.
Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 8 minutes.
When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
