“Pyzy” Potato Dumplings gluten-free

Deep-frozen product. Gluten-free.

When cooking at home we usually serve potato dumplings topped with your favourite sauce or lightly fried onion.

Ingredients

water, potato grits 23%, potato starch, salt, rice flour..

Instructions

Place frozen potato dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Do not break the boil and not stir. Since the potato dumplings surface, cook on the low heat for 7 minutes.

When potato dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
