Steamed dumplings with beef stew
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: Steamed dumplings1 kg beef stew meat
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup oil
3 cloves garlic
½ kg champignons
2 carrots
1 kg tomatoes
1 ½ cup beef stock
2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp sweet pepper powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp dried basil
salt
Cooking method:
Cut the beef and carrots into cubes. Chop up the garlic, peel the tomatoes, and cut the champignons into quarters or slices. Sprinkle some of the flour over the meat and fry it in hot oil. Cook the garlic, champignons and carrots in oil in a separate pan. When soft, sprinkle them with the remaining flour and continue to cook for another 2 min. Combine the meat with the fried vegetables and add the remaining ingredients. Stew for at least 1 hour. Season with salt. Serve hot steamed dumplings with the stew.
