Salad made with pockets filled with champignons, smoked salmon and mixed beans

Ingredients

The product needed for this recipe: Pockets Filled with Champignons

180 g smoked salmon
1 red bell pepper
100 g yellow string beans
100 g French beans
4 tomatoes

Ingredients for the sauce:
150 ml olive oil
2 tsp mustard
50 ml wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic
fresh oregano leaves from 1/3 pot of the herb plant
fresh basil leaves from 1/3 pot of the herb plant
seasoning: salt and pepper

Cooking method:

Cut the tomatoes coarsely and the red bell pepper into diamonds. Wash the beans and remove the ends and strings, if any, then put in boiling water for 4 min. cut the smoked salmon into squares of 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm. Cut up the fresh oregano and basil leaves finely. Carefully combine all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl. Combine all the sauce ingredients well in a separate dish and top the salad in the serving dish with the ready sauce.
