Dumplings filled with cherries with almond sauce
Ingredients
The product needed for this recipe: Polish Dumplings Filled with Cherries1 packet JAWO dumplings filled with cherries
200 ml heavy cream (30 % fat content)
100 g flaked almonds
50 g sugar
1/5 cup milk (about 50 ml)
1 tsp corn flour
2 egg yolks
chocolate for decoration
Cooking method:
Bring the cream to a boil. Combine the corn flour with milk, and then add the mixture slowly into the hot cream while stirring energetically until the mixture turns into custard. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and almonds well. When the mixture becomes fluffy, add the custard while stirring energetically to prevent the mixture from becoming lumpy. Top cooked dumplings with the sauce. Optionally, you can sprinkle grated chocolate over the dish for decoration.
