Polish Dumplings Filled with Potatoes and Cottage Cheese

Deep-frozen product

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, potatoes 25 %, water, cottage cheese 14 %, onions, rapeseed oil, salt, spices.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
