Polish Dumplings Filled with Cottage Cheese and Strawberries

Deep-frozen product. New dough recipe.

When cooking at home you can also serve dumplings filled with cottage cheese and strawberries topped with favourite sweet sauce and fruit pieces.

Ingredients

wheat flour, cottage cheese 31%, water, strawberries 7%, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt.

NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir gently in the middle of the cooking time.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
