Crepes Filled with Cottage Cheese

Deep-frozen product

Ingredients

cottage cheese 35%, wheat flour, water, sugar, pasteurised liquid eggs, whey powder (from milk), vanillin flavouring. NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Keep defrosted produkct in 4⁰C not longer than 48 hours. Do not freeze again.

Instructions

Unfreeze the crepes, then fry in skillet spread with oil or Teflon pan for 3 minutes, turning over once in the middle of the frying time.

Unfreeze the crepes, then heat up for 2 minutes at 600 W.

Unfreeze the crepes, then place on the backingplate and heat in temperature 180⁰C for 9 minutes.
