Polish Dumplings Filled with Spinach

Deep-frozen product.

When cooking at home we usually serve dumplings with spinach filling topped with favourite sauce or lightly fried onion.

Ingredients

wheat flour, spinach 27%, water, cottage cheese 11%, wheat fiber, spices, pasteurised liquid eggs, salt, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), sugar, yeast extract. NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on the low heat for 12 minutes.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
