Polish Dumplings Filled with Potatoes and Cottage Cheese

Deep-frozen product

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, potatoes 24%, water, cottage cheese 13%, onions, salt, pasteurised liquid eggs, rapeseed oil, spices. NOTE! Product is hand made, which might result in slight differences in size and shape.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on the low heat for 12 minutes.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
