Polish Dumplings Filled with Pearl Barley and Mushrooms

Deep-frozen product.

The traditional Polish serving way is to brown cooked and slighty cooled dumplings in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

wheat flour, pearl barley 29%, water, wild mushrooms 8,4% (Boletus edulis, Imleria badia, slippery jack in variable proportions), onion, rapeseed oil, salt, spices, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), sugar, yeast extract, flavour.

Instructions

Place frozen dumplings one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Cook on the low heat for 10 minutes.

When dumplings are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
