Pockets Filled with Champignons

Deep-frozen product

Pocket filled with champignons are the perfect base for salads and Italian style casseroles.

Ingredients

wheat flour, champignons 19%, water, pasteurised liquid eggs, wheat fiber, onions, salt, spices (contain mustard), rapeseed oil, dried vegetables (carrot, parsley, leek, onion), sugar, yeast extract, flavour.

Instructions

Place frozen pockets one by one into 3 l salted boiling water.

Stir gently and cook on the low heat for 12 minutes.

When pockets are cooked, take them out using a skimmer. Serve as you like.
